| 1. | Log in to "Flight Operations Portal" |
| 2. | Call your flight crew trip which you want to import to your logbook |
3. Click on "Tripdetails"
4. A dialog for flight details will appear for every sector
5. Crewlog reads the tripdetails and confirms "tripdetails successfully transferred to logbook"
| • | NOTE: The tripdetails for flights in the future will be transferred to Outlook only! |
| • | NOTE: The tripdetails for flights of the same day or in the past will be transferred to the logbook only! |
| • | To import the times in UTC make sure you added the appropriate values for summer- and wintertime to your airport database (e.g. DXB -4 ST, -4 WT) |

6. If you open your logbook now, you will find the tripdetails. To edit the data doubleclick the leg.
7. You can add more info like Pilot Flying/Non Flying/Day/Night T/O and Landing, additional information, crew info! The Crew will be automatically added to the crewlist
